Apex Arcade LLC ("we") runs Apex Arcade at apexarcadepass.com and in our apps. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Player name you choose, and a random device key so your phone stays signed in
• Game progress: scores, levels, tickets and prizes
• Optional recovery email and a PIN (stored scrambled, never in plain text)
• Basic play statistics: which games are opened and for how long, tied to your player name
• Payments are handled by Stripe, Apple or Google. We never see or store card numbers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information
• We don't show ads or use advertising trackers
• We don't ask for real names, addresses or photos

Children

Many of our players are kids. Parents control a child's account with a PIN, can turn chat off, and can ask us to delete the account at any time.

Deleting your data

Email support@apexarcadepass.com with your player name and we will delete your account and its game data.
